About Warranty

All products are under five year warranty. (Excluding the accessories).

The spare parts and accessories are not under warranty.

If the item is defective on its arrival, the customer has 3 days to from the receipt date to exchange a new one. We just pay one way shipping charge from China to you, and we will reship the replaced one to you by China air mail. Please must check the package on its arrival in front of the courier. If you find the parcel is damaged or the device is broken, please refuse to sign the parcel and contact us ASAP. We also need your proof from the shipping company that the parcel is damaged on its arrival, and then we can claim again the shipping company for compensation.
